Method 1
Start a match with:
Map Size: Tiny
AI Difficulty: Easiest
Reveal Map: All Visible
Resources: High or Infinite
Game Speed: Fast
Starting age: Standard
Turbo Mode



Proceed to gameplay and:
  • Send the 3 villagers close to the enemy's camp and build around 6 Barracks
  • Create another villager and research loom (in case you have to fight critters)
  • Build a barracks and a mill near your Town Center with the newly created villager
  • Build houses to have space for spamming militia
  • Spam militia to enemy base
  • Advance to Feudal Age
  • Upgrade militia with the barracks from your base
  • (Optional) Build a smith and upgrade millitia from there
  • (Optional) Build more houses with the 3 villagers in enemy's base
  • Repeat with every civ you need.

Method 2 @Segendary Ty

The easiest way to do this is by creating a custom map / scenario. Build a ton of archers and 1 enemy villager.

Then go into players select the civilization you want to cross off and then Test the scenario. Your archers will kill the villager and you'll win the match.
Including loading times this takes about 15 seconds per civ. The previously selected Civ will remain selected and be in a red font.

Method 3 @Avyra
play regicide, nomad map, visible. look for an enemy king and imprison him and your villager by starting the construction of 3 houses and palisade, it is not necessary for the construction to finish, just 1% then kill it with villager

They must have changed something at some point. I got this achievement in 2021 WITHOUT having to go random. I deliberately picked every civ (and won a fair game, none of this short-cut stuff).

Set game mode to Deathmatch, starting age to Post-Imperial and victory condition to 4000 points. This makes you win at the beginning of a match.

Just as a side note, you also need to win with random and full random to earn this achievement.

Found it, thanks, apparently you can only get the achievement if you played all civs on random? Clearly the achievements were not designed with the intention of people actually trying to earn them.

beat every civ fairly on standard difficulty and have the achievements to prove it, but even after playing a dozen random, full random, and mirror games, I still don't have the age of empires achievement. Is this a bug?

on nomad map no one have castle :P

When I played regicide the king rushed into his castle. This is just an alternative, the easiest way witch cheesing is playing with editor, found on https://www.trueachievements.com/a287466/age-of-empires-achievement
