Final justice!

Adds:
- Captain America SNPC

Features:
-Plenty of combo chains (can switch between them or prematurely end them)
-Can throw his shield at a distance
-His shield returns at him
-Will do his final justice move and cause great amounts of damage
-Has voicelines from MvC 3
-Can randomly cover with his shield to attempt to block bullets

To do:
-Add spawnicon

Bro, I know there´s a Spider-Man NPC, but if you can make one with this base is going to be epic. I love the Cap and Iron Man

@Alphy From what I tested, they fight VJ/CPTBase/SLVBase/Normal NPCs fine, you might be playing in a map that has no nodes if they don't move, Cpt usually got the first hit, especially in enemies like zombies

Also can you make it so they fight any enemy npcs? they only really attack when provoked
