You do in fact have to win all the games, just found it out. Also I'm not sure if its the same for every play through but if it is, for the old maid game the card furthest to the left should be the old maid and for the older maid game the card in the middle should be the old maid.

Do you have to win all the card games to get the achievement or just play them? Because I just played all 4 and didn't get the achievement.

I just found some little typos I wanted to point out...
First of all, "Achivment guide" should be spelled "Achievement guide"
Also in your Card Shark list you have "[/list" after Slick Mickey, you forgot the closing bracket

For the Solid Snake achievement: I added a screenshot, it's searchable by "solid snake" if anyone needs a reference for what to look for. You can probably try to fail the third puzzle several times in a new game if you don't get the photo in the first time through the minigame to redo it.

You're missing "Love That Baby" achievement from protecting Baby Angelface
