However, I cannot get higher levels to work for carts or wagons. It works fine if only workers are used for deliveries. Even if I just make one tower going ground plus 2 levels, I can never reliably get wheeled vehicles to go either up, or if I place them on top, to go down. It doesn't seem to matter how I set up the "one way" blocks, they always just give "?" when you give them a goto command. Surely I'm not the only person having this problem?
I have enjoyed the 2-level setup as I get 50ish houses covered no problem, but I'd love to get the "shops on level 3" setup to work.
At this point I guess this is sort of an academic point, but have others conquered this issue... or even noticed it?
