I've tried this video on everything from phone to tablet, to computer. I can't get this video to work. I need a text explanation.

Ill visit game myself today and check. I recorded this video after patch, so I dunno what cause this issues.

Weird not for me, i am playing through Origin, i noticed the steam patch notes in november said they increased it from 10% per rank to 100% per rank - i am only getting the 10% though

Then I know whats the reason - you didn’t set rank 10 properly. Not your fault, its game bug. Rank 10 will give you this 1000% indeed. Even if you set your game to rank 10 and it not shows you 1000% loot increase - its not selected at all. Try to reload your profile or even reload game. You should have this 1000% loot quality on your right side once rank 10 successfully chosen.

Ah i noticed something else, when you mouse over the mission you have +1000% loot, i only have +100% even at rank 10; maybe something else i am missing as well... good to work these things out.

Well necklace is 400%. Still before I got this necklace I did this run without it. Dunno the reason why you have totally another situation. I literally find all my red sets and weapons doing this method.

I am level 50, and was going it at rank 10 like you are in the video. Only difference was i don't have the necklace.

Did you reach level 45+? As far as I know red items only drops on 45+ level of character.
