12.47 kV Dual Circuit distribution lines with end, end riser, and transformer props.

Contains two models:
1. Type 1 - Polymeric Pin insulators
2. Type 2 - Polymeric Line Post insulators

Modeled after Xcel Energy (Public Service Company of Colorado) dual circuit 13.2 kV distribution lines.

@bcberbert The risers are bundled in with this power line. For the risers to show up, it depends which way the line is being dragged. If you have an existing line, they will appear when you drag towards the existing line. On the dual circuit, only the end prop will appear when you drag away from an existing line. I hope this makes sense.

No worries, I don't have the slightest clue how to even do any of this so i'm quite impressed. The risers are still missing for both the dual circuit and single circuit. The loading screen report doesn't even find them in the steam workshop (transformers too). It may be the risers and ends that need to be re-uploaded/fixed in the workshop?

@bcberbert Thanks for pointing this out. Sorry, I'm still new to this. I think I fixed the issue. I've updated the three power lines that use props. Please let me know if it indeed fixed the issue.

Love this. The loading screen mod however says the 12.47kv dual circuit end, and dual circuit end risers are missing (can't find them on the workshop either), and also the 12.47 riser for the single circuit is also a missing asset (I subscribed to the 'props' but it also says the actual props are missing).
