(Steam Customizer) Library doesn't open after the recent steam UI Update. [FIX]

If you are using Enhanced Steam (Old UI), You are probably unable to open the "Library" Tab since the most recent Steam Update, there is a simple fix for that problem!. That doesn't require any "Third Party Application". Nor Need to Download Anything!

Steam Customizer / Enhanced Steam Library Issue

Due to the last Steam UI Update the "Library" tab doesn't open up properly
Here is an example: The values for the full-screen display are off-set. There is an simple solution for that just follow the next steps.

NOTE: You don't have to download anything third party.

  1. Simply head to your steam folder:
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\skins\Enhanced Steam\resource"
  2. Delete just this file "uinavigatorpanel.layout"
  3. Restart steam.
  4. Done! the library tab should work now!

Is there a way to use the latest steam but with the old ui? I am missing out on the local coop online, but I want to keep the classic GOOD library. I am fine with just using the version of steam I have forever as the library actually functions and looks nice, but I miss out on some cool features.
