This is long waited, GTA III sounds for GMOD

- Every bullet impact changed to GTA III bullet impact, concrete, sand, glass, rubber, wood, everything.
- Replaces weapon/ammo pickup with the infamous pickup sounds for weapons.
- Replaces Armor and Health sounds with money/health/armor pickup sounds.
- Replaces explosion sounds with GTA 3 and VC car explosion.
- Adds GTA 3 bullet casing shell tinkering.
- Adds Menu UI sounds.
