Devil May Cry

Hi guys!
Someone in my previous mod asked me, can I create Devil May Cry characters? And I thought – why not?
So, here we are – Dante and Vergil, devil brothers in Don’t Starve Together!
It was a long and hard work, but I gave my best and going to continue in the future.


Demon form: hot key Z (configurable) For 30 second every 3 min
Weapon and spells very weak at start, but groving with kills. But Levelup add not for each kill and each next level harder to take.

The update to this mod features:

Both Dante and Vergil's health (Both now have 300), sanity (Dante's is now 170, Vergil's is 300, this will make sense later) and hunger (both now have 150) have been increased, as has their speed.

As in the games, Vergil is faster than Dante, Vergil's speed has been set at 12, and increases to 15 when triggered. Dante's is 9 and moves to 12 when triggered.

Vergil has been made immune to freezing, but now overheats a lot easier. Managing his body temperature will be key to keeping him alive in the summer.
Dante, on the other hand, has been made immune to overheating. Which makes survival in summer a lot easier, but he also freezes faster. This has been done to compliment them playing in the same world.

They can now both eat raw meat and monster meat, though Dante will lose sanity for doing it, as he's more in touch with his humanity whereas Vergil spent a lot of time in the underworld. I doubt there's much human food in hell, after all.

And now, the fun part. After a long time trying to get it correct, Vergil now has a concentration system, similar to DMC5. His sanity is now tied to his health. The more health he loses, the lower his sanity becomes. Successfully hitting something will increase his sanity. Good luck with managing it.

A lot of time has been put into deciding on skills and abilities based on lore in the DMC games.

As they both have demonic blood, and it is highly hinted in the games that they have stronger senses than humans, they can both now see in the dark.

Dante's speech files have been reworked to be more unique to him. He makes a lot of puns and references. And there is also hints at his past. Dante's speech files are fully complete and only needs to be updated with each patch.

Vergil's speech files are still very much in progress. He uses Maxwell as a base, and a few lines have been adjusted for him specifically, but as of the moment, his speech files is unfinished.

Ver 2.1: Add configs for night vision, health and speed. This configs works on both character at the same time!

Things left to do:
Finish Vergil's speech files
Fix compatibility with the 64x dst
Create a style switching ability for Dante
Make Vergil lose sanity eating normal food
