描述
Light industrial building with a flagstone facade on two sides. Works well as a corner building, but doesn't have to be. Would work well in light commercial areas, too.

Growable, 2x2, industrial generic.

692 tris, 2048x1024 textures (diffuse/spec/normal/color/illumination), 128x128 custom LOD.

Shares textures with and matches my other light industrial buildings, read the description for more information + recommended mods.

Use Find It! mod and search with keywords "spence generic industrial" to find easily when in game.
