Descriere
This addon was changed to better work together with TTT2 and TTT2's shopeditor. Items that are set to be unbuyable can now be excluded from the T-Suitcase and you can set a max price for the random item found in the T-Suitcase.
There is also a D-Suitcase, which works exactly like the T-Suitcase but only contains random detective items.

Grant weapons that are set to be not buyable in the TTT2 Shopeditor
ttt_tc_max_credits (Def. 4)
Grant weapons that cost less or equal to the amount set

FYI this addon seems to try to AddWorkshop an ID that no longer exists or was typoed: 1577101565
This creates an error during server setup.

@Cuckoo I've added a detective suitcase for you. Also, all my work is on github, so if you ever want to develop a new feature you can always go ahead, fork the repo and create a pullrequest :)

An absolute classic. Cheers for bringing this up to TTT2, with the added config options. Would you consider uploading a D-Suitcase (Detective Suitcase) variant?

To be honest, I've already made and uploaded a private D-Suitcase edit of this add-on for use on our server; but I have no doubt plenty of other people would be very happy if you publicly uploaded a D-Suitcase to be available to subscribe to alongside your T-Suitcase.
