Here are the choices you need to make to get all their arc scenes (major events, the one with exclamation mark thing).

Hidden special scenes (the ones with no exclamation mark) are not needed to unlock romance ending as long as you reach the required 5500 relationship points either by gifting or talking to your waifu. But they do have nice CGs so go hunt them when you feel like it. Just focus on one girl so you won't miss out on anything.

AMY:

GISELLE:
- Is there any way to help these people
- Wanna go for a drink
- Cheer her up
- It's not too late

KAMALA:
- Let that anger out

VEL (provided by devs on forums):
- Teach Shrimp a lesson
- She can handle herself
- You owned up to your mistakes
- He'd appreciate it if it's from you

Others (info provided by devs on forums):
- Relationship with waifu should be at least 5500.
- Missing one choice still leads to romance ending. Missing two choices leads to neutral ending. Missing 3+ choices lead to a bad ending.
- Get the romance or friendship endings by Month 4 Day 29, latest. You automatically get bad ending if you reach Month 4 Day 30.
Harem Ending
To reach harem end, you need to get waifu romance and give them the ocarina of love (obtainable by finishing all 15 levels of rpg) in the same run. Do this for all waifu on 5 separate runs. The harem ending will play on the last waifu you romance.

Others:
- Ocarina of love is a legendary gift that gives a whooping 500 rel. points. Do not sell this!

If you romanced all 5 girls but did not unlock the Harem Ending, here are some additional requirements I discovered:

Each girl needs to have her own completed save file.
Use the save slots the game provides and keep one for each girl’s romance ending.
Once all 5 romance endings exist on separate saves, the Harem Ending will unlock automatically, even if you later do a run that ends in the bad ending.

I give Ocarina to everyone already in 5 run NG+. nothing happen. End Romance scene go to end credit. what I don't wrong

Have a question as to how to get ALL endings. Do i need to play the game once for the bad ending, then play the game 5 times for a bromance endings of each girl and then play it 6 times for the romance endings for each girl including the harem ending. Is there a bad end for each girl or just one generic one? And i get the harem ending after romancing the last girl, do i get her normal romance ending scene as well or only the harem ending?

@Unknownguy115 and De_Dust2. Try romancing all the girls again. You might have missed one, or you might have originally played the game before it updated to its current version. Also, do New Game+ each time instead of starting all over. Make sure to reset the girls' points that you're trying to obtain, if you have already romanced her once on this playthrough.

you should make this bit much bigger!!

very easily missed and can screw up someones save...like mine....so time to restart my 30 hour game from scratch :/
