A semi-automatic handgun found in the Raccoon Police Department's entrance guard room on Leon Kennedy's B route in Resident Evil 2 (RE2)/Biohazard 2 Remake, is a hybrid/custom 1911 pistol (known as the "M19" in-game).

Based off a century old design by John Browning, the 1911 is an iconic and classic single-action .45 ACP handgun that saw its use by the US military for over 70 years. Seemingly doesn't want to retire, many variants of the 1911 were made and the handgun still saw its service with military and police units around the world even till this day.

- Replaces the Desert Eagle Magnum
