I hand recorded the values up to +160 in each stat then analyzed the deltas, here in lay the result

+49 = 321% (+50 prevents 1 battery from decaying)
+101 = 451% (+100 prevents a 2nd battery from decaying)

Additionally, you have access to 4 batteries at +25, and 5 batteries at +75; however, there is no change in the stat curve at those points

IMO it goes Battery > Stamina > HP

I see, seems like stamina is the most useless stat, just get implants to increase the regen rate instead. I thought it is quiet important at the beginning of the game, seems not so.

Yes, that +X% applies to the base heal amount of the healing injector

For Battery, +50 prevent first battery decay, +100 prevent second battery decay.
