Rheinmetall Leichttraktor (Vs.Kfz. 31)

Since Germany had been limited in it's armament development by the Teaty of Versailles, armored vehicles were developed in secret, camouflaged as agricultural tractors and tested in the Soviet Union, near Kazan. Both Rheinmetall and Krupp built chassis, using the same turret. Rheinmetall's proposal was overall favoured, but was not seen as a true combat vehicle and was used only for crew training.
