This guide will revolve around a few key files. They will be found here:

In UDKENGINE.INI, change these lines like so using the search tool:
POOLSIZE=999999999
bSmoothFrameRate=False
bUseBackgroundLevelStreaming=False

Then open UDKINPUT.INI and change this line like so:
bEnableMouseSmoothing=false

The max value interpreted by the game is 110 - so for a no-brainer, replace all values by 999.

Next, go into your game directory and go to the binaries folder, and rename the Bin32 to Bin32BAK and rename Bin64 to Bin32. Then enter the renamed Bin32 folder and right click the Hauntedgame.exe file, go to Compatibility, and then click "disable fullscreen optimizations" and close.
