描述
Sets the max agents to one per agent type at lower prestige levels and three at higher prestige levels.

Sets AI spending on agents to ZERO which means less AI agent spam

Any chance of changing this back please? Haven't played the game for a while, came back to it today and this mod now removes all agents which is pretty bad. Before it was the right balance between zero agents and the spam-fest CA created.

This used to be the best mod for agent spam out there, but for some reason it now gives you zero agents to start with. Just take away AI spending on agents because they abuse it....

let me say this mod has become quite frankly awful, you get ZERO agents recruitable to begin with. So I conquer all of Britain and I cannot recruit ONE agent. BAD BAD BAD. Giving the players ZERO for how long? I dunno I am too bored to keep conquering to see if I will get agents or if this mod is plain broke.

Setting the agent spending to zero for AI is great, they spam you with agent actions....which is like the reason for this mod? Not to just get rid of agents entirely.
