ur wrong tony...u are given a doll right after defeating the deacons....u do not collect it, what u do collect is the deacons set(Armor)

After you defeat the Deacons, rest at the bonfire. Right beside this same bonfire an item which enables the passage through the bridge Irythill will become available for you to gather it. Head to the Farro Keep area, defeat the Abyss Watchers, go to the Catacombs, defeat Wolnir. The road to Irythill will open. Keep in mind you'll always find quicker answers using Google/YouTube.

And post doubts/question into a thread, not a guide. It misleads other players. I've reported it to keep things in order.
