allow ogre to arm. Remove restrictions on clothes and weapons.

can add to already saved game.

Thanks, I had to switch mod order and remove Children, School & Learning to get it to work.

Not sure if it's because of this patch or the base mod in general, but when using this with Show Hair Hide Hats I'm getting a weird double hair effect where the Ogre's hair is like double size, hovering over the Ogre's head.
