And that is exactly why you shouldn't get blade mail on Spectre. Focus on carry items and get heart for tankyness :)

maybe because Anti-Mage doesn't have 22% damage absorbs and reflect it back) Spectre have biggest armor and can be tank) and damage dealer.

The same reason Anti-Mage doesn't get blade mail. There are better items out there and Spectre is a hard carry. Heart scales well with dispersion, also dispersion absorbs 22% damage and reflects it back.

Building a tanky Spectre is outdated and she should focus on being a hard carry first.

During early stages she uses her ulti to get kills and/or "kill steal", mid game she uses her ulti during team fights to create confusion and kill as many people as possible. In the late game she's strong enough to take out several heroes on her own.

Idk, seems better to go for diffusal, manta then heart. At that point I'm pretty unstoppable ^^
