just press "H" to scroll it down and "Y" to scroll it up (if you're using a gamepad - it's the right stick; make sure if using a multi-controller plug-in usb, to unplug all controllers then just plug in the Xbox controller, it will map the buttons properly so can scroll with the right stick).
