DeHavilland Twin Otter - Amphibious Edition - Skyborn

Welcome Dehavilland's small twin prop passenger plane, the Twin Otter! NOW WITH FLOATS THAT DONT FLOAT XD
This aircraft can carry up to 10 passengers [22 irl iirc] alongside being used for cargo in other circumstances.
So, let's get down to business:

CONTROLS[alt-mode]:

X - Open/Close door
L - Wing lights
J - Landing Lights
I - Taxi Strobe Lights
Q - IFR/VFR Strobe Lights
PgUp/PgDn - Raise/Lower flaps to land/takeoff
Mouse/Arrow Keys - Air control
W/S - Throttle/brakes
A/D - ground turning/rudder in air
Spacebar - brakes/better for landing brakes upon touchdown.

Having the auto-elevators up at about 320km/h will enable the autopilot of the plane to cruise straight without needing to pull up.
Landing is recommended at half flaps at 210km/h when on approach, and full flaps at 150km/h when angled to the runway. Slight pull-up before touch can result in a smooth touch and landing, then holding S for about 2 seconds before pressing space for the plane to slow to a stop before you taxi to your destination.
Takeoff is recommended at 1/2 flaps, and lifting at 150km/h. Lift flaps once roughly 700ft off the ground, and take flight! Bare in mind that the floats add more weight thus reducing maneuverability/takeoff angle.
