i've tested with a light weight box and a blue plastic barrel.
the condition of the item is you have to able to hold it in the air.

1. get the box to open space (no inside building)
2. step on the box
3. left click the box and hold left click
4. spam jump
5. done

if done correctly you should be able to glitch-fly
