Reloading EVE
What to reload EVE in Bioshock 2? Here is how to do it.

First go to “Users/Standard/Appdata/Roaming/Bioshock2Steam” and find the “User.ini” file.

I am told that Windows 7 uses "Users/AppData/Roaming/Bioshock2Steam/Users"

Open the User.ini and find [Default] section.

Find a key that is not being used and put in “InjectBioAmmo” after it. The end result should look like “U=InjectBioAmmo”. Then save the file.

Next time you run the game, you will be able to manually reload your EVE by hitting the key that is mapped to it in the User.ini file

The Bioshock Wiki should have all the information you need. https://bioshock.fandom.com/wiki/Console_Commands

thanks for the guide. do you know if it's possible in the same way to bind some key on circle weapon or plasmid menu, like on console?

Not that I know of. Sorry. sm
Is there a console command for slow regeneration rather than infinite?

BS2 doesn't have any mods really. You could get infinite EVE by using Console Commands. https://bioshock.fandom.com/wiki/Console_Commands
Is there a way to mod the game to make it passively regenerate eve for you?

the easiest way I found to reload on EVE is to hold the button for the Plasmid Radial Menu and press the button that uses an EVE syringe. (a.k.a.: Press and hold RB then press X)[in Xbox 360 Controller's case]

I prefer to use all my eve, opposed to reloading, thanks for the guide though. I remember back when I first played this game and I found, and bound the key all by myself hehe.
