Excella from Shining Resonance Refrain is a imperial princess and a DLC playable character in Refrain Mode. She is the main antagonist of the story until the end and commands 3 drag machina with her song. Her character profile is a tragic one where her country is plague by civil war and the only survivor of the imperial family.
