Just started the level, past the metal detector, turn left, in front of the stairs turned left again to enter into another room with bookcases. Turn immediately to the right, the second central library is the one that contains the book, you will notice it on the second shelf at the bottom; is impossible not to notice because is positioned flat and crooked compared to the other books and the color is dark gray.

Globetrotter
As before, just past the metal detector, you turn to the right to find yourself in front of a stairs barred by laser beams. Behind the lasers there is a globe, to reach it use the stairs to the right of the stack of books to burn (those of the mission and achievement).
Reached the globe interact with it and spam the interaction, until ....OOPS !!!
You can also get it with the globe in the locked library of the first floor or the globes of Chapter 7, 8.

ALARA
Just speedrun, practically the sum of the times of the first nine chapters must not exceed 20 minutes, the achievement is unlocked when you enter into the rocket.
TNX to Beginners (but not a N00b) for clarification on timing.
ATTENTION the 20 min. time could correspond to the entire game (all 11 levels) and not to the rocket trigger, but I don't have enough data to confirm this.

Another method is obtain it in Chapter 9 after beating the game and then starting a new game with the SSS ranking objective.
So specifically: after beating the game with no detection or kill on Superspy difficulty, start a new game on casual (with already unlocked Ghost and Cleanliest Hands), make sure you have the SSS rank in chapter 10 and 11, and then move asap on to chapter 9.
