That was a year ago, it was in my early PA days. :P

Alway have water drains, and a power switch leading into the laundry room. If you don't turn off the power when the workers fix it... as soon as they are plugged in they blow up and shock everyone all over again.

However this is the most effiecient way to get rid of those prisoners. XD

Another way is a metal detector in a shower room.
