Open Explorer

It's a file called SS.ini

Make a backup of the file before editing.

To open the file, right click on the file and push Edit.

To unlock the different games, go to the section labeled [games] and change it from 0 to 1:

If you want to have more money, just change the first line under [stats]

You can also increase your scores in the game in the [stats] section. This will make achievements unlock as soon as you gain 1 more point in the various games.
