Sure water on mars is a cool map, but just for special endless servers. For basic ones its just to easy. And it's for sure the best low gravity map.
There's no ice on Mars (at least that we know of so far. We're still lookin'!)
But seriously, just download SDK and make a low gravity version of every map you want (crediting the map creators, of course!)
I actually encourage you to do this, seriously. There's some maps that would be pretty good with low grav (ones without high ceilings that are fairly tight, like Lockdown, Hospital, Biolapse. Maps without high enough ceilings that you can just gumba stomp 5 fleshpounds in a row and run away).
You ask for every map about low gravity. If you just want to play on low grav maps build you own, its just adding a gravity volume and set gravity take around 10 seconds. You can modify every map you want with this.
