Look at the directory in your inventory
Leave the station and travel to Smith Motors

Enter the shop, take the oily rag from the workbench bottom right
Talk to the worker
"Show me what you have for sale", buy the blow torch
Exit, travel to Fi's flat

Use the blow torch on the propane tank next to the grill
Travel to the Central Police Station

Enter the men's room and put the oily rag in the bin
Burn the rag with the blowtorch
Go to the evidence room and take pictures of the book on the left table
Leave the building and travel to the Forensic Lab

Enter the darkroom and use your camera on the desk below the wall clock
Leave the lab and travel to the Magic Circle

Show Val the photographs
Exit the building and travel to the Lodge

Go to your room

Open the spellcraft menu and craft a Portal spell
Use the spell on the garage door at the top of the screen
