Makes all of Ellis' stories and the survivors' interruptions earrape. Currently does not include dlc (The Passing/Cold Stream)

This is my first mod for l4d2 so if you hear voicelines that aren't super loud but should be, or if the mod doesn't work at all let me know.

I'm not familiar with server-side modding for L4D2 but I would assume audio overrides aren't a thing servers can do, likely just new sounds. Could be wrong though.

It's only serverwide if all players have it installed
