If you are just starting out in NMS(VR) and while using Vive Wand controllers don't feel happy how they are set up by default, feel free to check out community shared bindings selection in SteamVR.

People have already made some fixes to the lack of trackpad movement...

My (A "Starlight" Vive Wand controls overhaul.), features a significantly different approach and feel to comfort controls for the wands. However since I lack overall NMS gameplay experience your feedback would be greatly appreciated to help me figure out how to better tweak said controls.
