How to skip the obnoxious intro logos and save yourself from an ear r**e.

Tired of almost having a heart attack when you forget to mash buttons, when the game launches, and you curse the idiot, who decided it was a good idea to have an intro logo's grotesque sound set to 300% regardless of your in-game settings?

Then you're in luck, because there is a way to get completely rid of it!

Here's how:
1) Locate The Darkness II installation folder.
-manually- go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Darkness II
or
-Steam Library > The Darkness II > Properties (after right clicking on it from the list) > Local Files > Browse Local Files...

2) From the game's main folder go to "Cache.Windows".

3) Find and delete or rename the following files:

"F.VideoTextureSlow.cache" and "F.VideoTextureSlow.toc"

Congrats, that's it!
No more suffering and potential hearing loss!

Must delete, the -novid in the launch options of steam doesn't work. But thanks for the guide, this saves time on startup too
