RP_Flatgrass_Redux

A remake of an old map named RP_Flatgrass from way back in the GM10-era of GMod. Just as the original was a bunch of roads slapped on top of GM_Flatgrass, this is mostly the same vein.

I completely remade the road brushwork for this, as the original was unsalvageable (weird dimension, off-center, inconsistent scale, etc.). The layout is the same, as it was inspired by the original, but it's been remade from the ground up to be both optimized, scaled evenly, and centered to the map origins.
