Welcome to the 100% Completion Guide for items.
I have recorded the game while finding all items, including Ammo, Health, Health Upgrade, Weapons & Weapon Upgrades. It's from my 2nd playthrough so might not be the fastest route, but I completed in sub 2h for FTL Achievement.

(PS. for 100% Kills just follow the same route and make sure to kill all enemies that spawn. Fish don't count)

Tip for trying 100% without having to replay whole game if you are <100% at end Results:
Before starting a new level, save the save-file in a backup folder. That way you can go back and retry levels.

Save Location: C:\Users\*YOUR_USERNAME*\AppData\LocalLow\Kuupu\Exodemon\
(Copy the "GameSave" file to separate folder)
