The full road would include all of the spawns of the dolls and the hidden room i didn't even mention for ending E, simply saying that the end of the path will take you to the star key door on floor 3 will at least give the player direction to know if they have met all the criteria for the ending.
Telling someone where the start and destination are doesn't ruin the experience in-between, but it helps someone who may be stuck know where to go when they have everything they need, so they know if they, for example, need to find more dolls to find the ending
What would have been a better explanation is to say that the dolls will eventually lead you to the star key door on the 3rd floor where you will enter a dark room with the dolls on both sides.
as well as you could specify that the raft you get for ending L shows up at the bunny ear room with the note, just saying Mariana doesn't really tell you where to go unless you already know.
And anyone who didnt get the Hallows Key will get it with the Save Shrine now.
If you have them in hall already, that means you triggered them previously. In that case you don't need to open room 104 again.
You need to start a new game, then try to go through the basement. They also appear in 1,2 floors of the lighthouse and in the west hall. If you can't find them — start new game.
