Build some coaster from the height make the track dead end on the path that very crowded and start testing. The train will crash into people.

Win a Go Karts race while driving the kart.
Build Track Rides > Go Karts (cannot use blue print, you must use custom build).
Build simple track and name it bollard.
Click on the track and click on ride camera, use left, right to switch to the first car.
Wait until green light and use WASD to control your car.
Drive and win the race.
You can use Shift button to honk your horn.
