Air-Glide Jump Tech

Adds 2 new end-game Techs based on the Multi Jump, which allows you to glide and AVOID fall damage while pressing space. The longer you glide, the faster you go; if you change direction, you loose speed.

Details (level2):
- 2 new quests in the outpost to make the Tech available (only bringing some ores, must have completed all previous quests).
- Holding space makes you fall slower and avoid fall damage.
- Speed increasing at 3.5/s (5/s) while you glide in the same direction.
- 50% (25%) speed lost when changing directions.
- 5% (20%) higher jump height.
- 5 jumps instead of 3 (level 2 only).
- There's only Multi Jump variant. Not any other leg Tech.

Made it a whole new Tech to avoid compatibility issues. Should work with most other Tech mods but won't be affected by them or mods which change Multi Jump mechanics.

It's my first mod so I did something that I found useful and not too overpowered, level 1 Tech may be a little underwhelming but it can be extremely useful, that's why I consider it end-game gear and requires a decent amount of resources to get.

WARNING!
Before unistall please unequip the Tech, otherwise your game will crash when opening your inventory.
BUT if you dindn't do this you still can: suscribe again -> unequip Tech -> unsuscribe. And no progress will be lost.
