> Is higher vector level equal to more power?
> No
but then you say a paragraph or two further:
> Gradually increasing your hero's Vector rating via the weapon and equipment used just means you can tackle higher Vector level Contracts comfortably.
isn't that exactly what higher vector level equal to more power means?
When time permits, I'll add a section about top level vector stuff, but I'll have to attribute to folks like yourself since I'm not there yet and my work sked just isn't going to allow it until the weekend. :)
I really wish the game had a built in tutorial or just some hints screens on what Vector is and how it works. I get that they keep saying they trust the playerbase to "figure it out," but I think explaining it in plan English within the game would help everyone, including new players.
