After picking up the rubber duck from the lab, put it on Barton's head.

Sea air
Use the humidifier in every room (that you can). You just have to place it down and immediately pick it up again in each room.

A precious keepsake
Use the plasma cutter on the mini robot on the bookshelf in Oddy's quarters.

Call the manager!
When ordering parts on the terminal in the laboratory, order the part written on the note and not the one you're supposed to order. The part on the note is: C64-AA-Zx32-XS

Stellar dreams
After using the EMF detector to find the hidden panel and dropping the ladder, climb up and use (hand icon) "The Vastness of space".

Seriously. I’m in a vacuum!
This was an odd one and I'm not sure of the exact unlock requirement.
You need to keep using the EMF Detector from your inventory while on top of the storage unit (near the rover). Even though Oddy keeps repeating himself just keep trying until it unlocks.

At the New Location
Protocol X
Do not pick up the Nav Chip yet after unlocking the panel protecting it. Use the slide chip with Protocol X on the Nav Chip and access the terminal to read the data stored on the chip.

Snack time
Picking up the Nav Chip will also give you a can of cookies. Eat them :)
As a Child
The second ball
Use two balls to solve the ball puzzle.
After getting the 4-ball, go a screen right and use it on the rock to find the 3-ball.
Go back to the play area and use one ball on the lower dirt mound, then quickly the other ball on the first ball.

A cat’s life
When controlling Jonsey, sit or lie down on everything you can. See all the hotspots with spacebar to find all the locations. I think there were 4, two on each screen(?)

Episode Four is in the books!
The only unmissable achievement. Simply beat the episode.

no idea either but it did not work for me first time around, worked only after i tried with the steps provided by dev

Personally, I don't remember have that problem. Dev also mentions that all bugs are fixed. Not really sure what's going on there.

So it would seem that "A cat's life" is bugged. You can't get "Sea Air" and "A cat's life" in same save file (for some reason). There is even whole discussion post about it.

Below devs solution:
1. Load game at beginning of cat part (or later if you don't used all cat places yet);
2. Press Pause;
3. Disable Music and Hints in options;
4. Return from Options to main pause screen;
5. Press TAB. Command line will appear;
6. Insert there following text (Ctrl+v will work):
SETGLOBAL(S1E4_HUM_COUNTER=3)
7. Press "Continue" (you will return to game);
8. Press TAB (cheat will be implemented, command line will disappear).
9. Then try usual cat things (rock, bench, bush, grass).

Worked for me.
