Improved Humvee Retexture

I've always wondered why Valve decided to put a large 081 on the rear doors of the Humvee and not even UV map it correctly so that the right side wouldn't reverse the numbers. This retexture is based on Humvees I've seen in real life on the streets and ones parked inside National Guard armories. I've removed the numbers completely and placed a "tie-down" sign underneath the front headlights as you would see on a real life Humvee. I might make different texture variation of this (ex: black rims, military police, etc) and maybe have an rng addon separately if I ever learn how to make rng mods, don't count on it tho.
