A new modern version of rp_downtown_ti.ts_v2.

-Removed most grafitti and overgrown vines.
-Modern wall and floor textures.
-Moved spawn near fountain.
-New tunnel wall textures.
-Updated park.
And many more changes.

You may use this map on your server, I encourage this.
I recommend you to not change the map name as this may cause problems
