Go into options in the main menu and press O on the keyboard.
Code Redeem menu will pop up. You can enter digits manually or use numpad.
Once done select Redeem button and press Enter.

CRUSH can't be played in a variety of modes, sometimes the code doesn't work AND reinputting the code after it works can Un-unlock it until you put in the code a third time

0526 0302 can unlock another Geier Custom with pilot. I found it at somewhere else.

Survival mode also doesn't have Seeker III, Viperid, the DLC's, or Sabre/Dragoon as far as I could tell. The omissions feel a bit weirdly back and forth, as each of the base MP mechs (barring Viperid), Shepherd Support, Typhoon, and I think Halberd Guided are in.

To sorta try and explain my meaning better, because there isn't an edit button, something like Golem Whirlwind or Grier IDS is in Survival, but something like one of the Overlord 1000 Customs are not

The backer mechs that aren't recolors of in-canon mass production mechs appear to be in Survival mode at the ends of research trees. We're still locked out of the pilots though. The only one I'm not sure about is Thunderbolt E, but that's because there's like three thunderbolts at the end of that development tree.
It might be because they moved them to add mechs to the mode?
