This addon adds halo spartan-like shielding to players and NPCs (you can configure which npcs are affected):

-When hit, if you have a shield, your shield will lower

-When low, you will hear some warning "beep"s

-When empty, you will hear a series of critical "beep"s

-After the seconds set in the convar without taking damage (if you take damage the countdown resets), your shield will start regenerating, it takes 2 (by default) seconds to fully regenerate and can be interrupted by taking damage

This also includes health regeneration (based on the halo 3 one):

-Works like the shield regeneration, but the time it takes for it to start regenerating is 10 seconds, and it fully regenerates in 5 seconds

Default NPCs affected are:
-None, you can use the tool to add them

The affected users will have their maximum health lowered to 100 (by default), and their shield's maximum health will be 100 (by default), can be customized

To enable it to a NPC class of your choice, type in console
"add_spartan_class (class of your NPC)"

To disable it to a NPC class of your choice, type in console
"remove_spartan_class (class of your NPC)"

It also comes with a stool to individually enable shields to a specific entity

All convars to edit:
- "spartan_shielding_health": Maximum health for regenerating
- "spartan_shielding_health_regen_time": Time it takes to regenerate health
- "spartan_shielding_health_regen_start": Time it takes to begin to regenerate health
- "spartan_shielding_shield": Maximum shield for recharging
- "spartan_shielding_shield _regen_time": Time it takes to recharge shield
- "spartan_shielding_shield _regen_start": Time it takes to begin to recharge shield

This is very cool, but I can't seem to find any way to disable just the health regeneration. Setting all of the relevant values to 0's completely breaks health, spawning players with 0 hp and preventing any healing.

Is it possible for you to add a variable that changes the shielding to mimick the "Stamina" from Halo 3: ODST? Failing that, would you mind if I tried out adding it in?

Is there a way to disable the shields in game?
Like a console command to turn them on and off at will?

Will this shield system force the shields and health to decrease back to the maximum amount if it were to exceed? I just wanted to check because I have tested a shielding mod before and it did have those restrictions and I've tested non-shield mods that provide regen perfectly but lack the shield effects. I'm hoping this one will be different.
