Disk (C):/steam/steamapps/common/Battalion 1944/Battalion/configs/[current]-custom1/back to the configs/custom/custom1/"useForwardRenderer": true, and "textureStreamingEnabled": true, now back to the folder/Battalion 1944/Engine/Binaries/Win 64 and remove CrashReportClient now back to the folder Battalion 1944 :) /Engine/Programs and remove folder CrashReportClient.

Run the game from the steam platform. Don't run using the administrator! The game works for me. There is no need to disable the anti-virus.
