Flunder A10

This small vessel of size class 1 unlocks at level 20.

It is a designed to withstand lots of fire from the front (poi fighter), hence the 2 layers of enforced windows.

* 6 cargo boxes

Other changes from the A8 Version:
* Reduced window size for more security
* Added LCD for improved Cockpit Feeling

It's not my nicest build, but a practical one.
It's a tanky-figher, not a Cargo hauler!

Note:
The stats-screen (performance) shows MV values.
Add 5-10'ish m/s per direction for 'default' gameplay.
