this is really simple to use command, but if its not working you should be shure that:

1 U`re in admin mode(/admin in singleplayer or on ur server)

2 you are using vehicleID (you will se them later)

3 /spawnvehicle sportscar (i just gave example for no reason)

Thats all u have to know about this command)

nothing is enternal (except for the popularity of Keanu Reeves) and my manual too. It will get old and u will have too search for another one... Or make your own!
everything is simple(for windows). all u have to do is

• go in this direction C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound
  
• do Win + R
  
• write there cmd
  
• there u have to say to cmd where are we working cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound
  
• then write "win32\asset_unpacker.exe" "assets\packed.pak" "assets\AllIVeEverDreamedAbout"
  
• then go the folder assets and to the folder AllIVeEverDreamedAbout
  
• Wait. There will be all files. NPC`s models, questID, itemsID ...

If ure trying to copy past comands to cmd, dont forget that u cant just Ctrl + V. But mouse2 is the way Actualy now there is no need in me, u can do it yourself, but Ive allredy sorted out all the data u need, so...
