Okay map editor helps to extract and rebuild a scenario regardless the original order... should've realised this a bit earlier. cheers

Just restart and try to defend them. It worked eventually (I won though Kyburg had no villagers left 11)

Love this, allies randomly quit in the 3rd mission though.
