Act Panel

This is just a simple panel that allows you to use the act console command in an easier way. You can simply select the action you want rather than remembering all the commands or typing them manually. This was also an experiment to get me used to creating Derma. I hope you enjoy it! You use a command in console to open the menu, the command is "openActPanel" without the quotes. You can bind a key to it, if you want.
