You'll have to use Google to find an alternative... if there even is one.
This guide is about a year old and my Octopath days are over. The only reason I even made this guide was because I already beat the game on Switch about 6 months prior to the Steam release and had all these resources saved in bookmarks... figured I'd just help out the Steam community because it's a pretty involved game and you can miss a lot of stuff.
Maybe you can edit to the spread sheet? I dunno if it's read only, I haven't looked at it in ages. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

There are three options on that website, the top one is from Mr. Antifun, who is a very trusted programmer on the internet, well known for making quick and dirty trainers quickly.
The middle link is the CE table I already have linked in the guide (and most likely the best one) and
The third link is from Fling who makes pretty decent trainers but usually his trainers return false positives from virus scanners, so you'll have to allow it to bypass your protection, use at your own risk. I'm not responsible for these trainers messing up your PC, I've never had problems with them but I'm just putting that up as a warning.
Those are you options unfortunately.
